WHAT IS THE WTC INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ACADEMY PROGRAM?
It is a certificate program for Georgia-based International Executives, and a strategic alliance among educational, private and public organizations to help Atlanta businesses compete internationally.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Acquire practical skills in doing business in different cultures, customs, legal systems and political arenas. PROGRAM DESIGN:
Participants meet every Friday from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm (lunch included) for eight weeks at the Atlanta World Trade Center. The curriculum is long on practice and short on theory. The primary objective is to enable the participants to develop and execute an effective international business plan. The program is a mix of class presentations and discussions, case studies, role plays, exercises to experience selling internationally, negotiating and methods for developing new business. Guest experts provide guidance in understanding the international business environment and functional areas of global business.
Whether you are interested in exploring new international markets or sourcing new international investment opportunities, this program will enhance your business acumen in the global marketplace.

BEYOND INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS 101 - A ROAD MAP FOR SUCCESS
Participants who successfully complete the program earn a Certificate of Completion jointly issued by the Georgia Tech Center for International Business Education & Research (GT CIBER) , College of Management, Georgia Tech, conjointly with the Institute of International Business of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business of Georgia State University.
REGISTRATION:
Registration fee is $595.00 for WTC members and $795.00 for non-members (includes 8 sessions, books and other materials). Program begins Mar. 11, 2005, meeting every Fri. excluding Mar. 25, ending May 6, 2005.
