OVERVIEW:

World markets are more important than ever to the American economy.  Exports are at record levels and offer many firms the opportunity to remain competitive and profitable.  U.S. firms are beginning to recognize the importance of the Caribbean countries in international business strategy.  This recognition has brought about an expanding demand for individuals who possess an understanding of Caribbean business and culture.

 

 

CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES:

$           A review of the changing global business environment and how it impacts the Caribbean markets.

$           To discuss the changing role of U.S. leadership in economic policy in the Caribbean countries.

$           To review the economic conditions of the Caribbean region.
