He has also served as Director of Training & Development for Renault's salaried and executive personnel; held various management positions at American Motors, first as head of strategic HR planning in Detroit, then at AMC's ultra-modern Canadian plant in Bramalea, near Toronto. He is a Professor and Member of the Academic Council at the MBA program of Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, and a former Professor and Program Director at HEC Management in Jouy-en-Josas. He has also led seminars at some of France’s top institutions of higher learning (ENA, Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Centrale de Paris, HEC.) He publishes a free-access web-book entitled "L'autre rive: Comprendre les Americains pour comprendre les Francais" on the website www.pbaudry.com.
