Brief Bio:

Dr. Baudry, President of WDHB Consulting Group, based in Berkeley, California has helped over 5,000 European executives from 15 different countries redesign their management practices and  strategy through some 260 “Learning Expeditions” and “Strategic Expeditions®” to the United States, Canada and China.  

He has also served as Director of Training & Development for Renault's salaried and executive personnel; held various management positions at American Motors, first as head of strategic HR planning in Detroit, then at AMC's ultra-modern Canadian plant in Bramalea, near Toronto.

He is a Professor and Member of the Academic Council at the MBA program of Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, and a former Professor and Program Director at HEC Management in Jouy-en-Josas. He has also led seminars at some of France’s top institutions of higher learning (ENA, Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Centrale de Paris, HEC.)

He publishes a free-access web-book entitled "L'autre rive: Comprendre les Americains pour comprendre les Francais" on the website www.pbaudry.com. Published by Village Mondial Pearson Ed. in February 2003.
